LMB’s punchbag filling offers a more sustainable solution to getting fit.
Our punchbag filling is 100% polyester, free from hard plastics, buttons and zips and provides a great alternative to conventional punch bag fillings like sand or pellets. Generally consists of recycled table linen and napkins. We have found this fabric works really well as its easier to fill the bag and gives the right wait ratio to volume, also provides a firmer feeling.
We sell our punchbag filling in packs of 4x 10 kg bags which is sufficient to fill a standard size punch bag or grappling dummy.

Delivery Timeline
LMB Supplies operates a fast and reliable delivery service throughout the UK. Please read these terms carefully.
If your order is under 100kg we dispatch using Yodel and you should normally receive your delivery within 48 hours.
If your order is over 100KG we will send this via a pallet service. This can take between 3-5 days depending on driver availability and the time of week that you order. We typically send out our pallet orders on Tuesday and Thursday. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date and confirm this with a delivery note.
It is imperative that you let us know if you DO NOT have a fork lift on site as we can arrange that with our carrier but we must know in advance to avoid extra charges.

2. Unless faulty, items must be returned unopened, along with the original packaging.
3. There are a few items we can't refund:
- Made-to-order items, such as special product sizes.
- Any delivery charges incurred with your original order (unless the items are faulty).
4. Send your items to LMB supplies at the return address detailed on the Customer Return Authorisation. We can't reimburse your post and packing costs, unfortunately.
5. We'll refund you once we receive your item(s) back undamaged, but it might take up to 28 days to appear on your statement.
6. If your item is faulty please contact us within 24 hours on 020 7476 2888, or via email: sales@lmb-supplies.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
